PayPal PPAL EPAY ,check your bank accounts and CC or debits for these thiefs.

I have already contacted paypal which stated that they are in no way connected with PPAL EPAY.
I have started today to reverse the charges.

UPDATE
I have since found out its a payment made to paypal buyer credit

Seems to me paypal reps should be made aware of this .
