shea class action settlement

I received a check for $5.00 from

Shea Ligation Administor

c/o Rust consulting,Inc.

Oddly enough thats about it for the info, I found more by googling:

Shea vs. Household, issues GM MasterCard, over the timeliness of
processing payments.

It appears that there was a $16 million settlement
payed to holders of credit cards issued by Household.

It also appears
that the suit was filed through the law offices of Strange & Carpenter out
of Los Angeles.

    (settlement for $16 million)
    I guess they hope(the lawyers) that most will be afraid to cash the check
    thinking it is some kind of fraud.
